I have been walking past the site every day and thinking about the families left out in the cold. The silence from City Hall is frustrating but it only motivates me to keep pushing this proposal forward.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one who sees the urgent need to turn the Storyeum space into a harbor for those living on the streets. This movement is growing into something heavy and real that the city council can no longer ignore.

I walk past there every day. It could be such a good spot for folks to get warm. Why is this so hard for the city to figure out?

It is honestly shameful how many people are out on the street in this weather. Just open the doors already.
