Again? Are you kidding... Development of the walnut creek area is still a terrible idea.

To the City of San Dimas City Council:
We proudly join all the residents of the City of San Dimas and specifically the Via Verde area in expressing our complete opposition, horror and disatisfaction to this insane project that will do nothing but destroy the peace, and value and safety of our homes.

Keep via verde alive! Via verde is the nicest part of San Dimas, why devalue our neighborhood?

It is AlREADY an open space! Paving it and putting up structures and trying to pass it off as "open space project" is simply a lie. Don't fall for it. Leave it alone.

Entry through a neighborhood should never be an option. Way too many families with children.

We do NOT need a developed recreational fun park here in town, especially in the Walnut Creek Drainage. The existing, open place is one of the last natural areas with native wildlife, natural creek, etc. It is surrounded by communities and road systems, making it an oasis for native plants and animals, etc. Building it up to be something glamorizing what it already is would be wasteful and unnecesarry. It would have an adverse effect on the local ecosystem/wild ares which proponents want to destroy with this absurd proposal! Vote, NO!

I live in the Via Verde community which is a quiet neighbor hood... My concern is that more traffic in our community will have an impact on littering, noise, graffiti and an increase on the thief problems that already exist in our community
