We as a squad love this place and have so much fun here it would be cruel to demolish it !!! It is a part of our history as a town.

1t is a beautiful place not for developpement but to keep as it is the environnement and sailing his beautiful please keep like this i wil be a member pretty soon of the ventur sailing club and moving not for away please stop the projet for demolishing thank you

A beautiful and quiet bay... why destroy its appeal? And why force Venture's sailing members to relocate their boats with only a 3 months notice? Mission impossible. This is unfair.

Lake St-Louis is important to the community. The sailing club gives access to it. Sailing on lake St-Louis is a beautiful tradition.

I love driving by this club and seeing all the boats. I've driven past it all my life and have used the club to enjoy days on a friends sailboat in the last years. It would be a terrible shame to lose this open green space, where our use is not dictated by a plastic park that doesn't have its place here, and to lose lazy afternoons lounging in the grass watching the boats bobbing in the lake. Please help this club flourish instead of tearing it down.

Le club de voile Venture est un site magnifique qui offre une qualité de vie incomparable aux citoyens de Pointe-Claire. Un si bel espace récréatif ne peut être démantelé selon moi puisqu’il apporte une plénitude à la communauté. Lieu de villégiature patrimonial, prisé par les cyclistes de toute l’île, le club de voile est le seul du genre à proximité en plus d'être accessible à tous(tes). Le fait d'attirer des gens de partout est véritablement un atout pour la ville de Pointe-Claire. La baie de Valois est un emplacement idéal pour la rencontre des voiliers qui occupent le lac St-Louis. C'est une richesse que d'avoir un si beau plan d'eau navigable à partager. Il n'y a rien de plus attrayant que la vue de tous ces voiliers lorsqu'on longe le bord l'eau ou même l'autoroute. Pourquoi changer la vocation gagnante de cet espace unique et caractéristique de cette superbe ville avec son village dont nous faisons une fierté? Un site pittoresque et charmant ouvert également à tous les promeneurs du coin qui désirent simplement faire une ballade, tout en observant paisiblement les bateaux dans la baie. Beaucoup de citoyens sont très attachés à ce club et ont l'impression de perdre une institution. J'en fais partie.
