UPS has not delivered 3 of 4 shipments to me from Amazon. This is ridiculous. I will not use them anymore. They just keep telling me delivery is on hold.

Hi we always have hard time to get our packages. They leave the package not even knocking on the door. or deliver after apartment's office is closed. Can't get a hold of customer service.

UPS persists in delivering my packages to a neighbor. Have the same street number but live in an apt (which is on the address label) behind the house. The drivers can't be bothered to read the address label. And I can never get a live person to talk to.

UPS is the worst, just today I saw them walk up to my door, without the package, just slap a sticker on my door and walk away. Zero attempt to delver it. They drove away before I could even get to the door. Now they want me to come pick it up from them! Right...I will cancel my prime 1st. I will just go to the FN store and buy goods then, be cheaper and less hassle at this point.

I am super frustrated with UPS. I live down the street from the hub however, the package is a bunk bed and a mattress. Like seriously just drop off my stuff! Wasted two days waiting around when given a window after it was already delayed! I so hate them right now and wish Amazon would not use them anymore. Get your logistics together UPS you've been doing this way too long!

UPS is making my Christmas shopping a nightmare. They will not hold my packages for pick up for any length of time at the UPS store. In some cases, they have marked it as "refused" and returned to shipper the next day! This is without any delivery attempts. I don't know how they get away with this.

UPS is the worst possible service to use. Everything from damaged parcels to bad customer service. I think amazon can care less about us customers as long as it's making money. Many have asked amazon to stop all business with ups and they haven't done anything.

UPS consistently delays my packages for 1-2 days. It's overpriced and functions worse than USPS. Please stop using them!

Used to love my Prime membership, but now that they keep using UPS in my area - 2 day shipping turns in to 3 or 4 day shipping and an occasional lost package.

amazon, please stop using ups!!! they fail most of the time! i could have drove across the country, spent a week sight seeing,picked up my package,drove home and still got it faster than using ups! i will never give ups another dime!!!!

We do not want to stop using Amazon.com, we love you but we do not want to receive our packages via UPS any longer. I will have to seek other ways of purchase and delivery. Thank you.
