I have asked Amazon if I can opt out of UPS deliveries, they said no. UPS is completely unreliable, and their customer service is a frustrating brick wall.

UPS is terrible, it's always a hassle to get my packages from Amazon. When they offer the free delivery service option from USPS, I always choose the option because it's faster and more reliable.
