As a resident who will be adversely affected by the traffic created by this application I have grave concerns for the safety and well-being of my family.

This is yet another travisty. Aberdeenshire Council in particular, in my experience, and with the evidence of local knowledge, and indeed my own eyes, are satisfied to neglect the local Communities of Newmachar and in particular Kingseat. So, whilst on one hand, paying little regard to the needs of our local communities, the self same organisation, on the other hand is willing to consider this blight on the local rural landscape, which is by its nature, offensive to the local community in so many ways. An absolute disgrace that both the Council, and indeed the Scottish Government, should concern themselves more with satisfying the needs of a business venture, detrimental to the local population, and landscape, which in effect, "turns the screw" in a negative way locally, amongst a population who are already deprived of consideration in terms of local needs and amenities, whilst failing to act in the protection of an area of considerable historical significance. There is no doubt, that for so many valid reasons, the local population should not be accepting of this insult in terms of proposals to impart the misery of a destructive venture on our doorsteps. The "fallout" from such a venture can easily be determined determined as being negative in a number ways.

Absolutely unacceptable impact on the environment and wildlife in the short and longer term. Particulate matter has been scientifically proven to affect air quality, especially for young children, older people and those with any respiratory challenges.

For a start already far too many HGV’s on these roads, which are totally unsuitable for this type of traffic. I love living here for the quality of life and outdoor spaces for walking and this seems will definitely impact on this.

No thank you to quarry so close to our quiet village. Children cycle this road often it would be far too dangerous if they werent seen. Aswell as the road not being classified to hold heavy haulage traffic.

This is a development that is not wanted by the local community. This will increase heavy traffic on roads not built for it and could cause safety issues for the children in the local villages. The amount of dust generated by this type of industry could cause breathing issues as it is only 1km from the nearest housing. It would also spoil the amenity of the countryside location that is adjacent to the villages affected.

Do not allow this to happen on such a location and an area of minor roads. Dangerous as it is with heavy goods vehicles and if this is allowed it will cause there to be an onslaught of lorries using an almost single track road

Having lived 2 miles away from a quarry in Aberdeenshire I can tell you the dust was awful. Windows and car always covered in dust.

I oppose this quarry due to high volumes of HGV's, safety and traffic problems on the bridge beside the railway line, already a dangerous junction, along with volume of traffic on the kingseat road, loud noises, property value of my house.
