Too many of these large trucks on the roads already, not to mention the environmental impact.

It is clear the impact on the local area would be highly detrimental and planning officers have a duty to ensure the community is protected.

We do not want this. We have had enough disruption over many years with the new bypass.

I am fearful of extra lorries in the area, with my young family going out etc. Our house backs on to the road that would be used by the lorries, extra noise, traffic, dust! Dust would be detrimental to my family’s health, who already suffer with asthma. It’s to close to the village and the school!

We have had a quarry on our door step previously and the quantity of tippers is crazy not to mention the speed they travel. Not a good idea for the local community

These roads are not suitable for these sizes of lorries or volume of traffic. This is a road where two cars cannot pass!

The lorries going up/down the unclassified road have already damaged the underground telephone cables and that's the quarry not even started

No interest in a quarry

This proposed quarry is less than 1km from my home and I do not want the beautiful countryside

As a resident of kingseat, agree the negatives outweigh any positives - no thank you.

Not a good thing for the community. Far too many issues to even consider this.

I fail to understand the requirement for this quarry especially in area of such natural beauty

I agree with the other comments on here, particularly those related to environmental and wildlife concerns.

I have two young grandkids who live in the Newmachar. I am horrified at the prospect of all these heavy trucks running through such an already congested village.

I’m a local resident that’s worried about proven negative effects associated with having a quarry in residential area. This should not happen to residents of Newmachar, Kingseat and surrounding areas.

Plenty of other fields not near to a village which can be used.

Leave the area as it is.

Sick of companies ignoring the people who live in these areas and the constant removal of areas of natutal beauty without though for wildlife and residents. Kingseat Forest is a perfect examplem of this. Beauty Hill is a superb viewpoint that will again be ruined for financial gain

The village is already crippled by the through traffic and large vehicles. Adding more to this is an accident waiting to happen.
