The voters of the Town of Lincoln Rhode Island are overwhelmingly opposed to the establishment of a courthouse in Lincoln. We, the below listed petitioners, call upon the duly elected representatives of the State of Rhode Island, NAMED HEREIN, and call upon the Governor and General Assembly to deny funding for the development of this proposed courthouse to the full extent permitted by their office.
