Have witnessed accidents at this location.

I’ve seen some close calls w/ students trying to cross the road, very dangerous.

This intersection is so dangerous. I pray that it doesn’t take a child killed to achieve safety for all.

We need to do what we it takes to make this area safer. Speed bumps, stop signs, whatever it takes to save a life.

I’ve walked this intersection taking my kids to school and have not had any issues. But we are always very cautious. We saw the accident there this morning.

Put a sign there.

I live on this corner and witness speeding car and even more motorcycles on Aventerra. I agree there should be a 4 way stop.

Have seen many speeding through our neighborhood without regard to children or pedestrians.

Please do install a stop sign or speed bumps at the very least. No more accidents please!

I do not live in the immediate intersection nor in the same city. But I am just a few miles away, do drive through occasionally and know this one fairly well. The issue is systemic in all south Denver neighborhoods as the population booms. General loss of personal responsibility is rampant and seen easily in all parts. Criminal acts to just reckless driving without consideration until they get caught or in an accident themselves. Even then it’s not always a wake up call. I guarantee this is not the only intersection in need of a stop sign at the very least. But it’s a start and this one should be a no-brainer as it’s a block from an elementary school! A stop sign must be cheaper than all accidents. Every aspect from cleanup, insurance payouts, law suits and especially loss of human life. Please do not dismiss or put this and similar needs as lesser priority. There are so many angels to this problem and all could be helped with something as simple as a stop sign. Thank you to all that help and give this consideration and hopefully follow through.

I have seen multiple accidents at the intersection. Kids have a hard time crossing to go to school. Let's not wait for a fatality to get this done.

STRONGLY agree with this petition. Please consider since this is truly an unsafe intersection with elementary school children walking it frequently. I’ve seen multiple wrecks here and it seems avoidable
