Pot Farm has been seizing and closing high level players farms for leveling up and exhibiting suspicious behavior indicative of cheating.  These players swear that they have not cheated. 

Now imagine this:  You are a high level player - you are not cheating - you have access to high level xp plants and since you are a high level player you no doubt have learned how to play strategically to level up.  So you level up multiple levels a day without cheating.  But Pot Farm assumes that you are so they take your farm from you without warning.  You sign in and cannot get to your farm.  No warning.  There is literally nothing you can do.  They will not reply to you.  They will not let you defend yourself.  It is their decision.

And imagine:  You have spent money on this game over the years not to mention the time invested in your game.

What if these people did NOT cheat?  What if this happens to you?  Wouldn't you like to see that there is something you can do or feel secure that you are protected from just waking up to your farm being taken for legitimately leveling up?

Note that this is all high level players that are getting hit.  Does it make sense that a high level player is cheating when they are already so far ahead of others?  There is no incentive for them to cheat.  They are not playing against others.  They are not winning anything tangible. 

Also understand that Pot Farm is considered a single player game which means that you are not competing against others.  Whether other people cheat or not doesn't affect you on a real level - but only a personal level.  There is no real reason for Pot Farm to be so sever in their actions other than the fact that it affects their income.  It is very clear by their changes that increasing ways to make money off of their fans is their priority.  This is the only reason for their behavior in regards to possible cheating.

Now be aware of this:  PS3 games as well as many others including XBox have various cheats available all over the internet as well as provided in magazines.  Were you aware that if you use these cheats on these games which you purchased you do NOT lose your game?

There is no real reason for Pot Farm to be so severe in regards to cheating.  This is not about changing how you feel about cheating.  This is about protecting players including you from having your farm taken for suspicion of cheating when you have not cheated. 

Remember:  This can happen to you too.

This petition also asks that Pot Farm be held liable for losses in the cases where farms have been taken by players without substantial proof of cheating.
