For years, puppy mills have been the cause of death for thousands and thousands of innocent dogs. These animals are overbred, starved, crammed into tiny cages, and abused. The people who run these facilities are making thousands of dollars a year off of these dogs by selling them to hopeful families looking for a family friend and pet stores. The dogs that are unprofessionally bred are usually very sick, whether purebred or not, and the breeders have no idea what their past health issues have been.
