We the Union body feel the company has been mismanaging the current Civid-19 out break in our facility and are putting profit over people’s health and well-being. We feel our facilities should be shutdown for 14 days to allow those whom have not shown symptoms or maybe infected time to stop the spreading. Our families come first and are our most important responsibility.
The management team has not yet responded to our formal request for a facility closure. We are currently documenting all reports of workplace exposure to ensure that leadership understands the gravity of this situation.

The momentum behind this petition confirms that we are unified in our demand for a safer workplace. This growing consensus highlights the urgency of prioritizing our health over ongoing operations.

Since there have been multi people who have it should really shutdown for 2 weeks to be safe and then try to catch up once we get back. We all need to be as safe as possible here.

The lives of individuals should mean more than profit, shouldn’t be hard to understand
