I do not agree with this expansion. It is unnecessary and will add significantly to noise, pollution and traffic that is already unaccommodated.

All these airports want to extend their runways, bring in larger aircraft no matter the environmental consequences of jets and leaded gas fuel, trees they clear out, then add noise. Climate change is bad enough without continuously adding all these jets that use 1000's of gallons of fuel. Has to be the day that all this will come to haunt the earth and the people and animals.

No to any expansion of the Carlsbad Airport. For the health and safety of Carlsbad and the surrounding communities there should not be any expansion or extension of any kind.

I do not support the airport expansion. I live near the airport and the noise and fuel ejection can be a problem.
I often must keep my windows and door closed during hot summer days just to block the airplane noise. It has gotten much worse of time. I work from home and cannot even hear telephone conversations at times.
