I moved from Little Italy up to Vista to get AWAY from the airplane noise. Please don’t devalue my house by increasing plane traffic

This was intended to be a small regional airport. I was not expecting jets. I moved from an area where there were crashes that caused loss of life and property. This area is too populated and too beautiful for this type of air traffic.

Compliance and enforcement of the approach flight path is absolutely dismal at this airport leading to multiple low-flying aircraft over dense residential areas every day. Adding larger planes will only compound this already dangerous situation.

Please save our coastal neighborhoods! Palomar Airport is not in the right location for a large regional airport, surrounded by multimillion dollar homes. Please keep the airport local!

Flight patterns at midnight, 1 AM always right close traffic. This is madness and something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. It’s a free-for-all airport once the tower closes at 10 PM. Quiet hours should be the bare minimum for civilized living.

I support this petition to not expand the McClellan-Palomar Airport 100%. Smaller is better for our North County environment and its people.

Keep the airport small and local-oriented. Expansion will not benefit the city of Carlsbad, or surrounding cities, in the areas that matter most to many of us such as noise pollution and traffic.

Do a rally at the restaurant… Pick a date and try to get as many people to come out for a live band and dancing to replace airplane sounds with music. Palomar Airport

This is annoying and absurd. We have all ready gone round and round to stop this. Who is behind this agenda? Who is the Carlsbad City Council really working for? The residents of N.County do not want any expansion of the Palomar Airport.
