Right under the flight path. Toxic emissions will just increase. If we want to reduce csncer incidents we need to reduce toxins, not increase them for the "benefit" of a few.

no more planes overhead: too much noise (cannot talk on phone!!) too much air pollution (black particles drop directly over my home - i was asmatic before moving here, which is why i paid a lot for a home at the ocean!!!) san diego and los angeles do the job for us here... please do not degrade our quality of life, thank you

CLD is already too noisy. Lengthening the runway will allow it to become the John Wayne Airport for San Diego County.
This initiative to expand the M-P Airport has merits and makes sense to those who might benefit financially from this expansion but the risk v. gain calculus for the every day, middle-class neighboring tax-paying home owners/renters portends a quality of life diminishment/erosion.
