A revision of Jessic'a law needs to be made. The law is unfair to non-child molesters, this is, and should not be a one size fits all law, there are many cases where people are serving a life sentance for a mistake years in the past, they also do not fit the child molester profile.
This people should be free to live a normal lives after there time is served. If you have a teenager in your home sign this petition and save what could happen next to one of your children. Not everyone the law considers is a sex offender is one.
Your support would be appreciated, if we want our children to really be safe, time should be spent on the real child molesters. Please think about, and research what this law really means to everyone.
The increase in support indicates there is growing public interest in reforming these sentencing guidelines. I am currently preparing a formal memorandum to outline the necessary legal revisions for legislative review.

The law is way to broad. My brother got caught up in this and he is no danger to anyone. Total nightmare.

Fix this now. Too many lives being ruined over past mistakes that have nothing to do with current safety. Stop wasting tax money on the wrong people!

Common sense is missing here. Destroying people who made mistakes when they were just kids themselves is not justice.
