HBOS/Lloyds are trying to evict a family as a vindictive attempt to cover up the HBOS Reading scandal. HBOS defrauded the Turners and many others between 2002 and 2007. Ever since, the Bank has maliciously persecuted the victims of the fraud, in particular the Turners who have spent over 2 years investigating it, finding more victims and trying to get justice. In May 2009, BBC File On Four did an expose of HBOS Reading. In June 2009 at a Debate in Westminster of the matter, 8 MPs and a Treasury Minister requested the FSA do a full enquiry into it. In October 2009 the Turners compiled a Report about the irregularities at HBOS Reading to assist the FSA investigation. The Report contains evidence from victims, whistleblowers, legal firms and Companies House. Hector Sants has confirmed the Report is a smoking gun. Mervyn King has asked the FSA keep him informed of progress in this. HBOS/Lloyds will attempt to evict the Turners on the 18/01/10 for the 18th time in 2 years. Help stop it.
