Every Tuesday it is filling my apartment with fumes that make my eyes itchy, I can't believe they have not been banned years ago, who would even invent such monsters and with utter disregard to individuals health.

Backpack leaf blowers are a nuisance. It's possible that most of the users using these horrible noise makers are undocumented people.

i agree with most of the complaints in the letter especially when leaf blower operators blow all debris into the street for the wind and traffic to carry down to the unfortunate neighbors.

Bring back the rake. My neighbor around the corner is using a leaf blower at 8PM on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Enough already.

My apartment complex often starts leaf blowing earlier than 7am. I work nights and it wreaks havoc on my sleep schedule.

There needs to a day/time ordinance established for landscaping noises. Sunday’s should be a forcible quiet day - just like the water district enforces no watering days. Landscapers should not be allowed to start before 8am if they are using blowers and must be done by 5pm. The noise pollution is ridiculous and it is ruining the experience of living in a master planned community.

Sign me up and not only in Summerlin but all of the communities in Vegas.. Not only noise is annoying, its the dust that eats up your whole car if you are parked outside, allergens like dust
