Ban The Leaf Blowers in Las Vegas, Green Valley & Summerlin

Can not stand the noise and pollution these things put off. They have to go.

Needs to be banned in Henderson, how do you expect licensed hospital personnel to work if you keep them up all day with your leaf blowers?

It’s every morning at Howard Hughes Parkway. High-end condos apparently aren’t immune to this noise. I wholeheartedly support this effort.

Leaf Blowers going at 7 a.m. is way to loud and early in the morning!

It blows too much dust in the air and just moves it from one place to the next .

They start at 5AM in my neighborhood CONSTANTLY! I live near the intersection of Hualapai and Twain and it's constant. What's the POINT of a leaf blower? They are just blowing dust around for themselves to blow around the NEXT day. There's LITERALLY no point. BAN THIS!!!!

Outrageous !!! Every day high powered noise absolutely no peace. Equally importantly the pollution it causes. I complained to the lawn mower company and they do t care that we can't sleep, disturbed listening to the gut wrenching, horrible sound all day. Have to become a law. Like in other cities around the US

The blowers and operators are a nuisance! The persistence of the operators is proof that they enjoy the disturbance they create. Coming home after a day at work to discover the pool was serviced that morning but these blower people made an entirely new and worse by mess blowing debris (pine needles, grass, and dirt) over the wall into the entire backyard, inside the pool/spa/ filter system! It is insanity. Pick up a broom or rake I sure do on a daily basis.

The exhaust from these are intolerable and the dust blown into the air worse. I have COPD and those using them have no consideration as they blow them right into people yards and open window. These reasons alone are bad but the noise is also torturous.

Neighbor has man use loud blower at 7:30 am every Saturday morning and wakes every one up in the neighborhood.

This should have done long ago

I live in the District at Green Valley Ranch. The leaf blowers come everyday SEVEN Days a week and in a force of THREE! combine that with a power washer to clean the sidewalks in a tunnel like street and you have a war zone! not to mention the air pollution from four gas powered engines and god only knows what they are blowing in the air! This is Madness! I needs to stop and stop now. Please join me in petitioning to get these power tolls out of our life! Buy a Broom!!!!

My home abuts a church off Wigwam and Valle Verde. Every Thursday I'm in an argument with the company doing maintenance for the church. We have a pool that continuously gets dirt and other debris from their leaf blowers. I've approached them personally 3 times and my wife has called their supervisor who has disrespected the homeowners by having his workers, at full speed, blow directly against the retaining wall which then goes over our and about 10 neighbors walls. This has reduced the enjoyment of my clean yard and pool Causing me more time to have to clean. I'm considering suing this company and the church for failing to curb the exuberance of their maintenance team and their neglect to properly clean their parking lot in a respectful manner to those who live directly behind the church.

I never understood how such horrendous equipment was ever allowed to be used. Leaf blowers serve absolutely no purpose whatsoever and the ones that are operated with gasoline are extremely detrimental to any living creature's health. Should be prohibited EVERYWHERE!

Started at 6:30am July 5th. Over an hour still going on. There should be a noise ban till at least 8am.
