We are STRONGLY & DEFINITELY OPPOSED to a carwash in Nolensville. It will bring all kinds of NON LOCALS into our Beautiful Mayberry Town & congest traffic even more than it is already.

A car wash should not be allowed to be built in the town center. The in tire purpose for incorporating into a city was to prevent just this type of commercial development in the city center.

I say these individual city officials who are disregarding the wishes of the people and who are receiving financial gain by approving this car wash be recalled and/or voted out of office. I will be paying closer attention in the next election.
By the way whomever came up with the idea to place signs in the subdivisions had an excellent idea. I would never have known about it otherwise.

It is essential that the Nolensville community - not developers - dictates the development of the town. It is completely inappropriate that a car wash is dropped in the middle of the heart of our developing downtown!!! Franklin wouldn't allow this - why should we! It is essential that we cultivate an attractive village feel for our downtown. Put the carwash farther out - in a more commercial area.

The ethics of town hall is biased. In their own code, their position is "not supposed to be used for personal/financial gain". Both committees that approve plan have owners of property involved. How can an unbiased decision from a committee be if owners have influence on board? Rubber stamping plans just because it meets numerical requirements does not make an ethical decision. You need to go back to philosophy and ethics 101.

We need a car wash but it must be at the end of the town or back in the industrial areas, not in the middle of town and not at the subdivision's entrance,
