Stop the Car Wash in Nolensville Town Center!

STRONGLY OPPOSED TO A CAR WASH IN NOLENSVILLE! The area proposed for the car wash is RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of RESTAURANTS, TUDORING, A CHURCH.....All of which are already doing business and deserve to keep a PEACEFUL atmosphere in which to conduct business......NOT THE ROAR OF VACUUMS, Smelly chemicals AND NOISY CARS WITH STEREOS BLASTING while people wash their cars! Building a car wash in Nolensville is a pre-cursor to having MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS.....where else would apt complex residents go to was their cars! If you look at statistics THE CRIME RATES ARE HIGHER in heavily populated areas with multi family dwellings! Let's keep the SMALL TOWN INTIMACY of Nolensville as we PROPERLY PLAN our town....not just as INVESTMENTS for business men including some of our board members at Nolensville Town Hall!

This location is surrounded by restaurants and it could hurt those businesses. No one wants to be exposed to chemicals, especially not when they are eating.

I am not against a car wash, but against this location choice.

Too much traffic already

This was proposed years ago and it didn't happen. This will not be in line with the mission to keep that small town feel to Nolensville. I have lived in major cities across the country and this type of business tends to attract issues no matter how well the intentions.

This is not a good location! Maybe putting it off Nolensville Road around the business parks. I would like a yard sign.

Couldn't be less excited about a car wash. Especially a car wash that is going into a prime location.

This area is the worst place possible for a car wash! On Nolensville Road next to all of the storage areas would be perfect.

That should be an issue that is voted on by the community. We don’t need a car wash at that location. Traffic is already congested. Plus the added noise is not good for the neighborhood.

Please, no car wash! The location is not suitable and the watershed has enough chemicals already.

How about one of the off Nolensville Road business parks

Wouldn’t it be fair to put up the elevation drawings of this car wash before everybody decides how ugly it’s going to be? I am all for everybody having their opinion, but let’s work with facts! Also - someone wants to call Jason a crook, but doesn’t have the decency to put their name or reason why they are slandering him? We are a better community than this. We can all be adamant about not wanting a car wash there - but we don’t have to personally assault good people- unless that’s the type of community you want to be.

Government and elected officials seem to know best how to make money on its represented community. Its always about the dollar and lining their pockets. The car wash in that district is not what this community needs!

Patrick is a crook. This is for pure financial PERSONAL gain. No regard to traffic congestion and not to mention the eyesore this will create. This what happens when you have collusion amongst the BOMA members.

This is a terrible location for a “historical city”. We are about to be another Antioch

We are STRONGLY & DEFINITELY OPPOSED to a carwash in Nolensville. It will bring all kinds of NON LOCALS into our Beautiful Mayberry Town & congest traffic even more than it is already. GREAT POINTS were brought up on the STOP THE CARWASH website! We agree with them ALL!

Until they can solve the traffic issues, there is no waayyyy it would work at that location. I feel greed is involved.
