We strongly urge our Senators to vote against the American Clean Energy and Security Act. This act does not provide effectively for energy independence. This act will further hamper our struggling economy. This act takes more liberty from the American people and places more power in the hands of federal government. For all these reasons and more we oppose the ACES act and expect our elected representatives to do the same. In addition, we will make every effort to defeat all Senators who vote in favor of this act.
