Stop using your power as teachers and administrators to brainwash Va Beach students with Critical Race theory and BLM-sponsored neo-Marxism. Va Beach taxpayers will not put up with this trash.

People of all colors are better citizens and neighbors when they understand each other’s background and history, but this goes WAY too far,too tilted ,too radical, Shouldn’t schools include the insights and writings of Walter Williams,Candace Owens and other Black economic and social conservatives?Thanks Vicki and Kerry for bringing this to light.

Think about the salaries already invested by Spence (and approved by his Board cheerleaders) that could instead have gone to reducing class sizes, teacher raises, or any other physical improvement. We really do need to EDUCATE OTHERS about this and PRESSURE THE SCHOOL BOARD. Spence has been sneaking his people into positions of influence, if we don't act soon the permanent damage will have been done.

Requiring training for teachers that call them racists is not doing a lot for morale.

Worse than a waste of time, it is anti-american. One grandson product of VB schools is a card-carrying Antifa. Our country is being torn apart by this nonsense.

We are all descendants of the first Male and female God created as written in the Bible.

Marxists are using the concept of systemic racism to push its ideology on students. They started in liberal arts colleges and are now going into High Schools.

The teaching of this curriculum is actually racist.

The suppression of each individual’s God-given rights in favor of other individual’s rights is anathema to the Constitutions of Virginia and the United States of America. Thought control is even more offensive.

What is wrong with just teaching kids what they need to succeed in life...there's nothing wrong with being white and there's nothing wrong with being black..

VB schools need to worry about teaching my child what she needs to know academically and leave teaching values and kindness to us parents. The schools are severely overstepping their bounds thinking they need to indoctrinate our children to all one thinking and I will be damned if the schools are going to tell my teenage daughter to feel bad, simply for the color of her skin. In the schools we need to go back to rewarding kindness, compassion and being good to all human beings and discipline bad behavior.
