Stop Critical Race Theory and Social Justice Indoctrination in VA Beach Schools and Virginia

I find what is happening in our country right now to be so disheartening. It doesn't matter what side of the political aisle you're on, the adults in the room need to wake up. CRT serves to create division, resentment and unfair practices. The children in the school system today did not grow up in the past decades where there actually was racial bias. The kids of today don't see or even care about color. When will adults allow our children to create their own future society whereby the color of ones skin is a non-issue? Perpetuating this belief that systemic racism exists is to exacerbate a situation that isn't as profound as the "powers that be" would have people think.

This needs to stop! Brainwashing isn’t good for anyone especially our youth.

This country is getting out of control.

Please stop this meddling with the school's mission to educate our children.

I think we need to have a rally against this radial garbage.

I believe that what is being taught is part of the problems that we have in society today. Sure we have issues that need to be resolved, teaching students to judge people by their skin color is regressive , not progressive.

This just teaches more racism.

Teach our kids reading, writing, math, science and logic skills. In these, they will learn HOW to think. It’s not the school’s job to teach WHAT to think.

Do not teach our kids this nonsense. America is the land of opportunity. For all! Please don’t brain wash our kids. Work hard and be successful. It’s possible here in America!

We can’t teach our future article by CNN that told students to “not involve police unless it's an immediate matter of life and death, because police presence increases the risk of lethal harm to Black people.” It’s disgusting even to tells teachers “of course you are racist” STOP Please!

I'm already a member of the Human Race, which God created, so I find it reprehensible that anyone would challenge anything that our Lord created. I cannot be responsible for being white or colored (whatever that means); again, God created me and I cannot change what God has created.

I believe in our youth and ceasing racism with speaking up about being more United as a country and community

Having taught elementary school for 28 years, I appreciate the importance of a quality education For our children.. It is not our right to force the personal opinions of some on other people’’s children. The Virginia Beach school system needs to focus on what they have been hired to do.
