Zillow needs to be stopped, changes need to be made and agents need to stop paying Zillow... and hopefully NAR doesn't have their hands "mixed in the money bags of Zillow" and steps up to do something and really represent their own.

I am a realtor in the Las Vegas marketplace and I am totally against Zillow's new platform. It is unfair to realtors and how we bring the best value to clients.

The new consumer direct model by Zillow is not favorable to the industry which overpaid for leads to fund it. If this model takes off it has the opportunity to consume more of the Real Estate profession and include or influence lending as well.
