I am in favor of making sure our members know how they constantly being undermined and attacked by GodZillow & Trullia-Lies by taking our listings and selling OUR leads generated by OUR listings to OTHER agents who are willing to pay and support Zillow/Trulia FatCats outrageous top dollar fees while the listing agent who did all of the work gets left in the lurch with ZERO-Zilch$$$$.
STOP THE SYNDICATION TO ZILLOW/TRULIA NOW!!

This is absolutely crazy! If NAR doesn't support the Realtors that pay for their existence, then there won't be a use for NAR as Realtors will be obsolete so NAR will be gone too. No more money to pay for the NAR!

Realtors are NOT travel agents! We are bound by strict rules that help us protect our clients from people and situations that could cause horrible disasters in their home sales. Under no circumstances should deregulation of this process be sensationalized, especially not by an organization whose only purpose is to take advantage of BOTH consumers and Realtors!!

Why isn't NAR doing more to address this issue. Putting ad's on TV to get the public to use Realtor.com isn't the answer to it all. We need to take back our World!
