Zillow needs to be stopped, discontinued! As an Realtors, we work hard and pay a lot of fees to be realtors and so. Uchnmore! Zillow is telling us now that we can no longer mandate our own listenig because WE(agents) are doing it incorrect! We are allowing Zillow to,take over our indutr! No more news feed to Zillow! It must stop now before it is to,late and all realtors have no job and the public will not have good representation!

Unless NAR and the local Atlanta Associations step up and start fighting for their members, this will be the last year of my firm's REALTOR membership.

This is not good for the industry and it is definitely not good for Buyers or Sellers. It is time for NAR to stand up and fight.

My seller's signed an exclusive listing agreement with me to be their agent. In my view, this doesn't mean anyone else has the right to market my listing. The vast majority to agents market using their local listing service, social media and local marketers of their choice. Thus there is free market trade. Zillow is trying to take control of my listing. It is my listing.

I think it's a shame that we to have send petitions to the leadership to protect us against this company that uses our information and manipulates it to make money.The worst part is we have Realtors that think it's alright to give sold information so they can be on line working with a company that wants to get rid of them and take over our business .The sad part is they pay for leads that are outdated and are not worth the money they paid for the lead.

Zillow is a fraud. I worked with them and they kept trying to up sell me on everything. I do not recommend Zillow.

I want to know how my board of realtors got compensated by allowing the IDX of our MLS to zillow. Now we are all screwed , and have to buy zip codes just to get our own leads, We need to shut them DOWN!!!!

Well what would stop this in it's tracks is to pull all marketing from them. That would put them out of business. We are in control but they have a monopoly on internet marketing to buyers and sellers. In essence we are funding this....
