The Town of Ramapo should immediately issue and enforce a cease and desist order stopping the ongoing disruption of quiet enjoyment of their homes by adjoining property owners and residents of Sky Meadow Road. The Town has already condoned the illegal operation of two schools on Sky Meadow Road resulting in unsafe conditions for residents of Sky Meadow Road and the schools themselves. The addition of multiple businesses and commercial vehicles ingressing and egressing small, rural, narrow, winding and hilly Sky Meadow Road will exacerbate the danger to residents, students and staff at the schools, school buses and others picking up and dropping off students at the schools.

I oppose and variances that would allow use for the property for storing, repairing, loading or unloading trucks of any kind.

Wild West. People make up their own rules and do what they want with no real repercussions. This has to stop.

It is zoning boards ethical and legal obligation to serve all the people in our community. Allowing a residential property to become a commercial vehicle storage facility would clearly show that the zoning board wants to destroy the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood just to serve their chosen religious community

The zoning commission should preserve the character of this community and serve all residents of Ramapo rather than catering only to a select religious community. By serving only one community, the zoning board is actively discriminating against all other residents. We deserve equal treatment and our valid concerns must be addressed,
