While it may not be set in stone, I do feel that postponing any non critical improvements is a wise decision in light of what will be an exorbitant cost of the Tornado cleanup. If it's not urgent, then it will not hurt to postpone it one year.

Some unfortunate people suffered damage which will cost the to replace. Not every one of them can afford an extra $100, now or ever.

I lost my trailer. Financing my own clean up ad well. I can't afford to pay for the clean up. Those other things can wait a year or so. Otherwise this place will look like a war zone for years.

On a fixed income I can barely afford current assessment. Save the expansion until after recovery. The owners are Woodhaven, not the corporation.

I do not approve of an added assessment fees charged to owners for tornado clean up. I vote to use the stock piled money being saved for the tackle shop no one wants. Use that money to cover expenses. NO ADDED ASSESSMENT. You will lose this place I'm sure see these comments going around if you don't manage OUR funds better.

I payed thousands for a new trailer to have my deck repaired and to have trees removed from my lot. No to mention the countless hour this has taken my family and neighbors. I don't think we need a new baits shop now just repair the one we have ! We are all going to be struggling with money for a while due to this tornado!
