Assessment for what? I busted my ass cleaning up mine and neighbors lots. No one paid me! I pay assessments, taxes, insurance, and I own the lot. I'm not paying squat more for any reason. This is a load of crap.

Any organization with the amount of funds that Woodhaven has should be able to clear the common areas and roads. I have a lot of trees down on my lot and I have to pay for their removal. The reason I pay dues on 2 lots is to include any and all common areas, entertainment, improvements, etc. How about this Woodhaven, I'll pay you the $100 extra assent and you clear all the trees that are down on my lot! $100 times 6000 lots equals $600,000. And let's not forget the Amish who cleared many of the roads.
