Property owners are already paying a lot of out of expenses for our own clean up. I think property owners already pay enough in dues.

Please consider strongly using monies for frivolous expenditures(put on backburner) and use for more urgent expenses..namely recovery costs from Tornado..This should be a no brainer to the association. Please do not put anymore financial burden on owners when your sitting on theses monies.put it to good use now.

If owners are responsible for their lot clean up with no assistance from association then there should be no reason for special assessment. We really don't need a 700,000 bait shop to sell WORMS.
