I am trying to encourage people to turn out at Aryde pier head for Meet the Manager on the 2nd April I know it seems a long way away. But it is our opportunity to get some answers. And hopefully we can encourage some ‘important’ people to support us!!

Monday Feb 24 5.15 cat from Portsmouth left around 50 passengers, Many season ticket holders!! We are paying for 12 month service and getting 10 months service. This is never pointed out when you buy your yearly season ticket. It would be nice to have a proper ramp to walk on to the boat AND please dont get me started on the new barrier on the pier!!!!

I commute to London most days of the week and I find it now disgusting that I have to wait an hour for the next boat if the train is delayed. Also season ticket holders should have priority boarding we pay enough to at least get something

The island doesn't have enough employment opportunities and the jobs it does have are lower paid than the mainland. Commuting is a necessity for work and ferries are required for other essentials, like healthcare. The Government is only interested in there being competition because, like many rich people, their focus is money not people. Do the ferries hold people to ransom in other places?

Provide the essential service people need, profits show this is entirely reasonable and possible.

Hourly service is a pain. They have chartered the Bobcat in the past and I'd much rather board that than wait.

When I signed to enroll paying for the yearly seasons ticket, I signed up with the knowledge there would be a two boat service. I didn't pay the significant amount of money to put up with a one boat service or at times being told boats are full and having to wait. The pie charts displayed on the tvs in the terminal which show the percentage of boats on time, are frankly insulting due to the figures being so untrue

Companies house information shows how profitable Wightlink is, just because they have a monopoly shouldn’t mean they lower the service

No consideration to islanders who work or need to go for hospital appointments The government needs to intervene

I support Natasha Lee and the many others who rely on this service as part of their daily commute to work.

Wightlink must replace the lost service, and maintain twice hourly; we are paying alot of money , and deserve a better service.

My daughter commutes daily to college in Waterlooville & when only 1 boat operating this can lengthen her journey by an hour each way sometimes! Also, this morning she has an important assessment at college, turned upon plenty of time for the boat she usually gets only to be told she could not board as they were at capacity, now she has to wait 1 hrs for next boat & will be late to college. Had the boats be every half hour then she would still have made college in time! I now have one very upset daughter who is worried sick that nearly 2 years of hard work are about to be messed up thanks to lack of boats! A d to think Wightlink have the audacity to claim that a 1 boat service has no effect on commuters ,- they need to get in the real world & a totally talk to the people who have to put up with this poor excuse of a 'seevice'!

A one boat an hour service is completely unacceptable, particularly for those commuting to/from work.

The hourly service is unlikly to be able to cope if the hovercraft service is cancelled
