Rents extortionate as it is..it's a rough area outside the Westend yet they charge westend prices..poorly and cheaply maintained not worth the rent as it is..would love to move but can't find someone to swap when they find out the cost of rent each month

Stop Whiteinch housing increasing our rent as it's getting just as expensive as a mortgage !! My rent when iciest mo e into my house was only £270 now I'm on the £400 mark !! My dads 2 bedroom back and front door in knighyswood is cheaper than my flat !!

How can they justify the increase in rent, some properties are dearer to rent than having a mortgage. Costs can't be that high that we need another rent increase. I'm one of the closes that haven't been granted new windows etc and really don't understand why but want to increase rent. Rent on an increase and maybe council tax. They wonder how people are finding it difficult to pay bills, feed their family etc.

Families are struggling enough to pay bills and make ends meet. The council needs to find cost cutting funds elsewhere. Try the government purse.

This is disgusting making these people pay for new homes for other people?? Whiteinch used to be a homely place when I lived there everyone looks out for each other this will cause mega issues

My Daughter when asked about why her rent was so much higher than other HASSOCIATIONS was told by her housing officer that it was because she had a new bathroom put in I thought the repairs were part of a fair rent and not being charged a separate bill for repairs ???????? Danny Paton

Sickening how much percentage wise from your salary goes to just rent, then you have to pay council tax on top, that's nearly half my wage and I'm not on the lowest salary so I can only imagine how much pressure and stress this causes families.

It's hard enough as a young adult trying to stand on your own feet without rent increases & trying to afford other things in life such as holidays etc.
