Truck illegally repossessed. I have a mountain of evidence including many phone recordings. Plenty of documents. Will not give me title after paying illegal fees and their name isn’t even on title at the DMV

Currently going through this with my daughters car. They picked her car up for the 3rd time tonight! All payments are up to date. If it happens once they will find new excuses everytime to do it again.These people are scammers and predators.

Westlake stole my car even thought it was almost paid off. They "lost" my payment and took my car. I was not 30-60 or 90 days past due.

Horrible took over an account after bankruptcy of a company can provide anything to help drivers that can’t drive there car but won’t come get the car and still put it on my credit even another car that was taken back and traded in
