Stop Westlake Financial from defrauding customers!

They are mentally aware of what they have done

I personally, as I am sure many others are wondering when Westlake posted on all of our credit reports, they intentionally made some of us more than 90 past due. Knowing this would directly affect our credit, and cause other financial institutions require a larger down payment if we wanted to terminate our loan or lease early. The fact that WLP is a sister team to Westlake Financial whom handles there loans on vehicles, ACC did not have our accounts transferred to this type of company. Instead they sold all of our accounts to a 3rd party debt collector, just like if you didn't pay a cable bill and it went on your credit. ACC I'm 100% certain ACC was paid for each account they sold to WLP. Yet, again another way for this company to scam the system. It is outrageous that a company with 23 million in debt, can continue to operate. They get new LLCs and keep it moving, taking advantage and lying to customers. This should legally NOT be happening, to where they are intentionally breaking laws. No lawyers want to touch it, because who will be sued, a company in Chapter 7... outlandish!!!

Repoed my car and already sold it at an auction

All I want is for them to come get their car and get off my credit report. I haven't been able to get it registered since February.

They are ruining my credit and they could of been came and got that piece of a car but they wouldn’t

I never ever signed a contract with these ppl. I was done extremely wrong!! I got my car in December I never received ANYTHING TO IT! I was lied to about receiving plates and titles and everything! The second I went to pick up my plates after being lied to the doors was CLOSED. Now we’re left having to deal with westlake that’s been harassing me every single day. I can’t drive my car, I have no tag no nothing and they cannot provide me with anything but wanna ruin PEOPLE CREDIT?

Never got a way to tag my vehicle or register it even the state of ms couldnt get westlake to answer had to drive back and forth to work illegal . Westlake has now hit my credit report which i found strange because I never signed anything with westlake I signed an aggreement with American Car center .

All a scam then never spoke with Westlake Financial or gotten a letter nor email but they lied on credit report saying I signed a contract with them in 2020

America financial and Westlake are both crooks.

I feel as if the American Car Center was very aware of their financial ruins. They still proceeded to lease cars take people's money and then when they went bankrupt try to turn our accounts over to Westlake for whom obtained false documentation on their customers. I've been under a tremendous amount of stress for the last 7 months because of this business decision that I made with this company ( ACC) I feel like I deserve some kind of compensation for the pain and suffering and the distress that my family and I have been under.

Westlake Financial is refusing to let me pay to get my title not honoring my original contract with ACC
