Hendersonville infrastructure is already overburdened. The proposed development plan will only make that worse. Please put a stop to developers getting rich at current residents' expense.

Just moved here from Kentucky and the congestion is already bad. Why add to it? Leave it alone!

Hendersonville is already congested. The infrastructure cannot handle this development

The current infrastructure does not support this. There is already too much traffic and congestion. The current problems should be fixed before creating more....such as the intersection of West Main and Walton Ferry/Old Shackle

I have lived in a neighborhood where a projects like this we're happening. I moved due to dangerous high traffic, roads not being maintained, the once beautiful natural scenery block by high buildings that tore up the landscaping and didn't consider how much power would be used with all the new housing causing blackouts.

Not a single apt complex in the area is to capacity. Nor are new construction housing options affordable. Traffic is blatantly being overlooked and any "financial gain" is not in the favor of the existing residents.

We do not need more high density housing which makes our bad traffic situation worse.
