They shouldn't concentrate all the houses in one area. The infrastructures just won't be able to cope.

Development should be on brownfield land and council land. When on greenfield land it should be compact and well connected by public and green transport to Colchester and Braintree.

The A120 cannot cope now. It is closed on a regular basis causing chaos, and will not be able to stand further increase in traffic ! All the beautiful farmland and farms will be lost!
This must be stopped !,,

We will be swamped, hasn't Marks Tey suffered enough, dissected by the A12 & the A120. More people on the roads/rail, over subscribed schools, a hospital than can't cope already & the loss of valuable farmland. RIP Marks Tey & rural Essex!

I think this will ruin the area and we do not have the correct infostructure A12 A120 and suitable train services for this high volume of people and housing. Why not build in the midlands where there is plenty of land.

The A120 is a very busy road now, many accidents and always hold- ups every day, the local primary school is small , the kids are bussed to senior schools, not many shops, so any more houses, people, cars, congestion would not be viable - not to mention doctors and hospital, already under huge strain and critism. This a lovely small community we do not need the destruction of the countryside in a totally inappropriate site.

I moved here for my beautiful view and for my son to grow up in a semi rural environment. We would be devasted to lose it

This must not happen. We cannot afford to lose any more of our open spaces, the road infrastructure cannot cope already and all public services and facilities are already over subscribed.
