Colchester is gridlocked most of the time. It does not have the infrastructure to support this kind of development.

There is not enough infrastructure locally to facilitate this. It will destroy a nice area

Our village wont be able to cope with this. 100 houses could mean 400 people or more. How will school, doctors, roads..ect cope? It can't happen!

Slip roads on and off the A12 will become congested. The A120 will grind to a complete halt 20 hours a day. The railway carpark at Marks Tey is already full to overflowing. Build the houses but fill them with cannabis plants!!!

Marks Tey is a village. Don't ruin it by stealing the green fields for housing :(
There's insufficient infrastructure to support all the extra housing. This cannot be allowed to go ahead.

you cant park at Tollgate now or get a doctor,s appointment within a week. The A120 is often congested and crossing it or cycling along it is dangerous. This is total greed from the landowners and lunacy from the council who will take 20 years to improve infrastructure.

This would be a disaster for local people and the area as a whole. Greed is all that is pushing this idea forward not need!
