Srop the increases. We were grandfathered in and honor that. Stop taking advantage of loyal customers. If grandfathered their should be no increase to keep the original agreement

Just now seeing that Verizon breached their contract with me.

This is unethical, and should be illegal. They require their customers to stand by their contracts, but do not keep their own word. Technology has improved, so plans should offer MORE data, not less. They should DROP in price, not raise. I AM LEAVING, THOUGH I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2000.

Ass holes raised prices $60

If they get away with this then they can essentially continue to raise the price on any plans to force customers off.

I have been with Verizon since 2005, and this is how they treat their loyal customers? Yes, I understand that data is now more popular than using up minutes. Let the prices affect the new comers not the ones that signed up for a contract and stuck to it for a reason...

i heard they are going to raise the price again and that they are giving the boot to people who use their data in excess

I am a loyal VZ customer for 14 years.Have the original unlimited data plan on my laptop and my cell and at one time had 4 total.I have had to buy FULL price phones twice to keep my plan and I never go over a TOTAL of maybe 4 gigs at most a month for 2 devices.I was raised $20 on my cell last fall but not the laptop and NOW thet\y say they are raising it too even tho my device isnt even 4g its 10 yrs old!!!! I already pay $186.00 a month for two #'s. They also took away visual voicemail which makes NO sense because its FREE for IPHONE users but only a few phones now cant have it??I am on a 450 min talk plan unlimted txt and data and my "modem" is modem only no talk no txt but they charge me for texts i DONT EVEN SEE when someone misdials.WTF. IM FED UP. Funny the store alwasy try to get me to switch to a "shared" plan and always say "you never use more than 2 gigs total" for years and NOW since the $20 increase its saying my average is 4gb total. If they would STOP with the crap apps and UPDATES etc.I even shut my DATA OFF on my cell and shut my modem off to conserve. NO WAY I am paying ANOTHER $20 increase. ATT or TMOBILE here I come. WE INSTALL THESE DAM cell sites for ALL carriers..we are who makes the cell phones WORK and we get treated this way!! BS! NO discounts either.

I am a former Verizon employee and have my unlimited data plan for close to 10 years and now they jack up the $20.00 without informing me. This is ridiculous. Thinking about canceling my service with Verizon since they don't care about a loyal customer like me who has been with them since year 2000.

We've paid the price to keep our plans, through full price phone upgrades and limited minutes/text usage, and I feel it's unfair for them to jack up the price now. VZW offered the unlimted plan and now they need to honor it. Fortunately the "Unlimiters" only account for 1% of their customers and I feel like they need to bite the bullet on this one.

Just heard about this today. Verizon has not been good to me since the beginning of the year with their sleazy cheap marketing tactics and now I have to face an $80 increase for 4 lines which I've had with them for a long time so I can keep my unlimited data plans. What a joke. Will look for other options than keep paying this kind of company.
