I am mother to a toddler we visit Bridgeport quiet often for walks, this is very disheartening and frankly appalling that the HOA would let this happen.

There are better and cheaper things to use. Just because the state deems something safe, research it for yourself, it is not. It creates unnecessary illnesses and allergies. The city parks should not be using this crap either.
