Agricultural land must be protected!! How will we feed the population with crop failures predicted as a consequence of global climate change (which these carbuncles will contribute to if they go ahead) and the disaster which will be the Brexit apocalypse-when food imports cease.

Please stop wasting my money on a project that when all is said and done, is a private enterprise that will make £ millions for themselves and little or no benefit for the local communities affected.

Please stop spending taxpayers money on this vainglorious and unwanted project. Too much has already been wasted.

Appalled and angry at Graham Butland's arrogance; that he and his fellow councillors think they know better than the inspector. The money spent and still to be spent should be spent on more deserving things. Complete waste of public money.

Don't ruin local communities. If this has to go ahead, canvass to see if any community wants it and build it there. Otherwise, build it at least 10 miles from any other community.

I am against this because the area can not sustain more housing before the transport network is upgraded & all services are put in place.

The original plans, developed with significant investment, have been found to be unsound. This is throwing good money away which should be diverted to other more immediate priorities including local policing and social welfare.

Given that NEGC Ltd's development plans have already been examined and declined by Inspectors, this can not be the best use of public money. It is the sort of thing I only expect to read about in Private Eye.

When will NEGC wake up to the fact that local residents do not want garden communities. And are sick and tired of using our rate payers money to fund these wasted projects. Which will never be acceptable.

Total waste of money in view of Inspector's findings.
