I'm opposed to this misuse of public funds which could be much better allocated elsewhere in the community

I strongly oppose the use of any public funds, being allocated to a project which has been assessed as not sound. Gambling public funds in this manor will undoubtedly lead to the majority of the fund being lost in administration costs without producing a valued result.

Use my rates money for services that we all use. Do not use it on impossible unworkable schemes.

An expanding population needs to live somewhere, but there needs to be infrastructure in order to support it. Satellite towns are a false economy. Don't off-load the problem of an expanding population onto rural communities. Opposed.

We want countryside preserved.

Until a viable plan is approved I utterly object to wasting taxpayers money on a project whIcy has been deemed unviable.

The Council have a responsibility to spend Tax Payers money wisely and not to spend it on vain projects that have already been very seriously criticised by an independent Inspector. Until there is a viable Plan that has been accepted by the Inspector why waste further money on PR Consultants and staff, there is nothing for NEGC to be involved with. The money should be spent on more important overstretched Social Services.
