Stop representing yourselves and represent those who pay your salaries. You have a responsibility to listen to the public and maintain our valuable countryside. No more money should be spent until the infrastructure is sorted.

Stop wasting money on this project. Money could be better spent on worthwhile local amenities.

Stop ruining our Essex countrysides, villages and historical towns robbing our children, grandchildren of the beauties we have experianced, not the proposed concrete jungles you want to build. This area taken enough, we have had enough.

The whole proposal is a risible oxymoron - there will be no garden, just urban blight over an unimaginably wide area - build on the A130 corridor, where the facilities for this volume of housing exist. NORTH essex is the worst place for this development.

The Inspectorate has refused permission to grant planning. I do not think it appropriate to allocate further tax payers monies to this project.

Disagree to all plans especially the new road. So many houses will be knocked down, and any remaining houses will be disturbed by traffic noise and pollution disturbing the peace.
A majority of the current residents have devoted their lives to setting up their homes to increase value which will all be destroyed by the proposed plans. All of the residents I know have lived in their homes 15+ years and now they are expected to either have their houses knocked down or have a motorway right next to it.

Mule headed, stubborn vanity of second rate local politicians is being fed by our money. We have had enough of this. I have lived in this town for over 50 years and seen it decline. Not one person I know has any time for the ludicrous garden communities project. We can't even keep main roads through the town moving now . The Inspector has thrown out these plans so why is more money being sought for what is effectively a dead in the water project. Who gains and why?

It's pure negligence on the part of the council to lump huge developments onto the edge of the town while the roads are in gridlock, the schools and hospitals can't cope and there's a waiting list of a month at surgeries. Any clues yet on where the money could be best used.
We all have recent experience of what CBC does when faced with a shiny new thing and just like the arts building, CBC will rush into this without properly costing it, oblivious to legal advice and ignoring any cautionary expert advice. It makes you wonder who in the council is friends with who and where the vast sums to be made will end up. I understand the project CEO was until recently a public servant. Nice little earner for someone!
Stop the corrupt and badly conceived new town right now.

I strongly disagree with the plans, Marks Tey is my childhood neighbourhood and is a community I love. The proposed road will disrupt all of my family and friends lives including my own. The plans will distroy the loving and friendly village feel and will just create more pollution, more people and more crime.

Use this money to re-develop urban areas and communities which are crying out for money to be spent on them, leave the countryside alone - or there will be nothing left of it.

Stop wasting our money on plans that will never come to fruition. Use it wisely!
