It isn’t a prudent use of taxpayer money to spend more on a plan found unsound by the inspector. The area suffers with significantly overloaded transport (A12/A120 & the Great Eastern Mainline) and doctors surgeries and our hospital are also above capacity. It’s madness to add more houses until these issues are resolved.

Development is fine where infrastructure is defined including where exactly the money to pay comes from.
This is definitely not the case.

Stop this madness. There is a complete lack of infrastructure. This cannot happen.

There is zero capacity. The roads are gridlocked, the station is overflowing, the trains are standing room only.

The whole govt strategy is flawed, we should return to building appropriately local council housing rather than large new ghettos.

Is this councillors getting a whopping big back hander? Its immoral and wrong, with so much more urgent needs in the communities because of massive cuts.

Stop building all these housing estates without the infrastructure they need eg Station with trains, doctors surgeries, schools, post office, pub, corner shop.

Not wanted, not needed and we (tax payers) are fed up with funding something we don't agree with.

How about spending the money on th true services you should be providing for the council tax payer. 2 recent robberies in my road how about a police presence once in a while and reinstating the winter green bin collection.

If nothing else this application shows arrogance.
It is as if it is a done deal that this will be imposed on us all. Quite shocking. Democracy is, once again, dead on its feet.

What a poor representation of local communities the NEGC are. Seems like you have just tried to bulldoze the scheme through for your own interests.
Wrong location for this size of development. A blueprint for gridlock on the A12 corridor for the next 25 years,

Spend the money on improving the A12 and A120 quicker making our lives better now instead of bringing more people in and increasing our travelling misery
