Stop using tax-payers' money on failed garden communities project

This area, transport and roads are already at full capacity!

THINK a little more before spending tax payers money.

Colchester is overburdened with new houses, we don't want any more cars clogging up our roads. No more money wasted.

Let's look at getting the infrastructure improved first, before overloading services that are already running overcapacity.

Stop wasting money on this nonsense.

This plan will not work without serious additional infrastructure, local jobs and public transport facilities none of which are adequate

In an area already over-developed with a totally insufficient infrastructure for CURRENT demand, our Council's 'public servants' cannot justify even considering giving more public money to such a delusional scheme.

Roads trains schools gp surgery cant cope as it is. Stop building and stop ruining the english countryside.

Trains are packed, roads can't cope, schools are bursting at the seems and a 4 week wait for a doctor's appointment. We can't cope with anymore homes being built!

This would pay for the Libraries being shut!

Safety should come first! The roads are become death traps for children to cross and cycle on and the doctor surgeries can not cope!!

This will destroy Eashorpe and Copford, This consortium with our Council will stop at nothing to force this through at any cost. this amount of development is not for the people of Colchester but for people moving from other areas thus overcrowding our already stretched services. Shame on our money grabbing councils.

This area is already overdeveloped not for the benefit of local residents mainly to attract new homes bonuses as an income stream for the local councils.We don't want anymore!

This local infastructure in Marks Tey can’t cope as it is without more homes being built. I’m talking roads, trains, doctors etc

A total and utter shambles. Listen to the Inspector. Listen to the local people. Listen to sense.

I live in Marks Tey and have had to stop cycling as the A120 is so congested and dangerous for a cyclist....those I see cycling now are on the footway. The road is often at a stand still due to traffic volumes. This will be impossible due to extra houses
