This money should be used to support local services not line the pockets of this so called organisation.

How will this additional population be incorporated into the existing infrastructure? Is it good we sense to be destroying productive agricultural land?

There's no justification for this funding request.

The so-called North Essex Garden Communities plan proposed by Colchester Tendring and Braintree is profoundly unsound as you have been told by the inspector. To propose more money to this project is absurd and makes you look stupid. It's embarrassing. NEGC Ltd is an unrepresentative body. You are funding a pressure group made up of the lame duck proponents of this plan. Shockingly and undemocratically they have given themselves jobs. Please don't fund NEGC ltd. Dissolve it now as not fit for purpose.

Development is needed, but it must be sensibly, sensitively done, and infrastructure led.

Please do not pump any more public money into this ill considered project. If it is allowed to proceed the developers will make millions of £ so they should be prepared to fund the planning risk themselves.
