This area is beginning to grind to a standstill with all the housebuilding going on at the moment in this area.No more money should be wasted on West Tey Garden Village.

Disappointed that yet more money is requested. Of what benefit is this to the council tax payer?

Further requests for monies need to be fully qualified and subject to the appropriate auditing of the accounts. This is a private enterprise and as such should be funding any necessary works from its own resources. The scheme has been disallowed by the inspector and the public should not be asked to pay for a private profiteering enterprise to try to overturn decisions made against them. The legality of such a request should be tested and it indicates that this may not be a suitable partner for the councils to engage with for future projects.

People don't want this so why should they be given more money?

Resolve the issues raised by the inspector but in the meantime, BDC, get your planning in order.

Badly thought out project without due consideration of infrastructure and employment.

I am amazed that any tax-payers’ money is envolved in this project.

Our village is becoming over run by aggressive developers since there is no approved 5 year plan. Please protect our village and redo your sustainability appraisal asap rather than wasting time and money with these unrealistic , undeliverable garden communities ( aka sprawling towns , destroying our surrounding countryside).

Why does nobody take any notice of the local people's wishes? The councils should listen!

why waste money on on a failed project - if you have this money to "throw" away spend it on the present community where it is now needed.
