Councils must spend on other priorities and not line the pockets of others.

This project is dead in the water and has clearly defended actions, pouring more money into it will not improve the situation.

Lets a least wait for the inspector to say ok to our plans before we spend money on PR, promoting something we know isn't going to work.

No more money should be poured down the drain for this poorly conceived, unnecessary and unwanted development. In fact, they should be giving some back.

If the council have spare money then they should provide better services or reduce council tax, not waste it on schemes that have little or no public support.

Do NOT spend any more money on this, it is more important to spend money on ESSENTIAL services!

greed from them, incompetance from our councils. Surely one of them should be held to account.

It is about time Colchester Council listened to the people of Colchester and stopped wasting our money on this very unpopular project. Colchester is already at saturation point when it comes to housing, enough is enough.

No more money-wasting on this non-starter idea; we need population control way before more house-building please.

The whole thing is a farce! We give them an extra four thousand and the next you know, the company crashes with our money tucked under their arm, scattering away like rats leaving a sinking ship!!!!!!!!
