The local amenities cannot handle additional traffic from the new houses and new roads. The noise pollution to our homes will be greater as well as pollution from the vehicles where the plans are to move the road.

This is ridiculous. This will effect our local amenities by over populating the local businesses.

North Essex Garden Communities" is an unpopular and risky vanity project, which ignores local people. We should not be wasting any more of local residents money on it

NEGC should at the least be mothballed and no additional money provided until there is a plan produced acceptable to local communities.

I spent considerable time reviewing the proposed project and provided formal feedback through the complicated consultation process which definitely prevented many more people from having their say. Since feedback from our community along with the inspectors' observations have been ignored; I don't want even money being spent on such a poorly planned, undeliverable project.

The area can not sustain a development of this size

A previous total lack of integrated planning indicates a lack of competence and therefore should not be trusted trusted with further funding

These councils want to close Libraries, the local road surfaces are crumbling, verges not maintained, grass not being cut, cuts to the emergency services and education, cuts to social care and the list goes on. We are told that the cuts are necessary as there is not enough money. So I wonder where the councils have found the money to fund NEGC. No more public money should be spent.

Colchester BC should focus their attention and my taxes on preserving and rebuilding the town of Colchester as a thriving residential and commercial centre for the surrounding local community - and not on building a new dormitory town for commuters.

Please don't spend more public money on this project.
