Stop using tax-payers' money on failed garden communities project

They refuse to listen to not only the inspectors advice but also the voice of the public. They should return the money they have wasted on this unwanted and ill thought out concept

Essex has enough development already. What started as Garden Villages has grown into Garden Cities. Where will the inhabitants work and how will they get there? Roads are full, rail is full not to mention all the other services.

It is unrealiastic for public money to be allocated to these North Essex Garden projects when their very future is in doubt. The projects should be expected to raise their own money.

I disagree with tax payers money being used in this way. It is not right!

Please do not give any more of our money to this company. They are not providing us with any kind of a service and their plans are unpopular and not viable.

The money should be spent on much more urgent and important projects and not lining the pockets of profiteers.

This is an unbelievable travesty of our tax money being used to support ill founded ideas for certain interests that want to make money - they have no interest in the area.

It is completely outrageous that this money is being diverted - as taxpayers we demand to see an itemised itinerary of exactly where this money is being spent?? The local community have voiced their objections and to date there is no sound plan.

If any more finance is required it must come from those who are making the application. Tax payers should not be responsible for this funding
